Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
The Living Proof is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the order before it enters production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
